Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds, but there was an issue with the bathtub not draining properly and flooding after showers. The service was friendly and helpful overall, but there were some concerns about room inspections and potential smoking. The location was perfect for attending the Balloon Fiesta and exploring Old Town, although it seemed a bit worn compared to other places I've stayed. The dining had its ups and downs, with some unique twists but also some dishes that didn't sit well with me. The facilities were adequate, but there were noticeable pros and cons to consider.
The hotel had spacious rooms with comfortable beds despite some issues with the shower head and a lingering odor. Having a pet in the room was a nice touch, but the odor was a downside.
This La Quinta Inn met my basic needs with clean and pleasant first-floor rooms, but some areas were dirty. The service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff ready to assist guests. The location was perfect for continuing travel and sidetrips, although there were charges for pets which differed from other La Quinta locations. The dining experience showed improvement with warm items, yet fell short compared to other locations, and the facilities were satisfactory.
